About Michell
Michell’s training philosophy centers around enhancing her clients’ overall well-being, not just their physical fitness. She believes that “with enough consistency and hard work, no goal is unattainable.” Michell, a NASM-certified personal trainer with over two years of experience, is currently expanding her knowledge by studying Kinesiology at OSU. She specializes in weight training and high-intensity interval training, and she emphasizes the importance of dynamic stretching and recovery methods to ensure her clients are taking the best possible care of their bodies. Her holistic approach to fitness also includes a focus on nutrition and mindfulness, aiming to improve her clients’ lives inside and outside the gym.
