Welcome To Kid Central at Bethany Athletic Club
A safe, social, and enriching environment for kids to have fun and stay active.
With plenty of toys, games, and activities, Kid Central is the perfect childcare option for your child to have fun while you take some time to care for your health.
What is Kid Central?
Kid Central is a childcare option at Bethany Athletic Club where kids ages 6 weeks old to 8 years old can come and play while their parents work out in our gym! We offer up to 3 hours per day of childcare to allow parents to utilize our club.
Parents can use that time to attend a group fitness class, lap swim, train with a personal trainer, or use one of our many other club amenities and fitness programs.
*Please note that parents must be on-site while their children are in Kid Central.

The team at Bethany Athletic Club prides itself in providing a family-friendly atmosphere at our gym to families in the Bethany neighborhood in Northwest Portland.
To encourage children to explore health in a fun, safe environment, we offer a variety of youth programs like Kid Central, Summer Camps, Kids Club, and more!
Kid Central Hours
Monday – Friday:
8:00am – 1:00pm & 3:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday – Sunday:
8:00am – 1:00pm
Kid Central Costs
Premium Memberships:
No Additional
Up to 3 hours per day for all children on the account
Standard Memberships & Non-Members:
$20 per child
Up to 3 hours a day per child
Kid Central Events and Parent's Night Out
Our Kid Central Events are the perfect opportunity for adults and kids alike to have a blast!
Let us entertain and feed the kids while Mom and Dad get a much-needed date or complete tasks on their to-do list. Each event has an exciting theme, nonstop healthy fun, and more!
Kid Central Event Cost & Registration:
$40 Per Kid for Members
$50 Per Kid for Non-Members
$30 Per Kid for Premium Members

Reserving Slots for Kid Central Events
How to make Reservations?
Call 971-297-3424 and ask to be transferred to Kid Central. If Kid Central is on another call, please leave a detailed message with your requested reservation date(s) & time(s).
Email laura@bethanyathleticclub.com with your requested date(s) & time(s).
Sign up in person on the reservation sheet at the Kid Central check-in counter.
Is this your child’s first time at Kid Central? Help us expedite the reservation process by filling out the forms in our Kid Central Information Packet prior to your child’s first day.
Reservations Details
Walk-ins are welcome, but there is a chance you will be turned away if Kid Central is full.
Reservations can be made up to 8 weeks in advance, with no limit.
We have a 5-minute grace period for reservations; after 5 minutes of no-show, the reservation is forfeited to a walk-in client.
Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day reservation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Parents who pay Drop-In (hourly) rates pay for their desired amount of time at the Front Desk on the day of their reservation.
