Looking for a location to host a party or gathering with friends, family, sports teams, or colleagues? Here at Bethany Athletic Club, we offer a variety of both party rentals packages and general facility rentals. Nestled in the Bethany Neighborhood, we are easy to find and conveniently located between Portland, Beaverton, and Hillsboro, Oregon.
With ample lot and street parking, a variety of space types, and nearby amenities including having the Bethany Village Shopping Center and Water Fountain across the street, we are the perfect place to host your next meeting or party.
Private Facility Rentals
Private facility rentals are available to both members and non-members. Prices vary depending on group sizes, length of facility rental, and add-on services such as commercial cleaning, extra guests, and additional event staffing.
Here at Bethany Athletic Club, we offer three different private facility rental spaces:
Spaces must be rented for a minimum of 1 hour. No early arrivals are allowed. When renting our facilities, please remember to include ALL the time you will need for any set-up (decorating, caterers, etc.) and include clean-up time.

Party Package Rentals
Looking for a fun and unique place to host your child’s next party? Bethany Athletic Club is the place for you! We offer a variety of party packages featuring different rental options in rooms, catering, games, and party add-ons like a bounce house and snow cone machine. Check out our list of Party Packages.
Party Packages start with a minimum 2-hour rental. No early arrivals are allowed. Each party package includes one hour in the Bistro and one hour in the room of choice. Party Package Rentals and Basic Room Rentals include 24 participants, with additional guest pricing options available and a max party size of 30 guests.

Basic Room Rental
Details:
Includes one hour in the Bistro/Back Bar, with tables and chairs provided.
Availability:
Monday – Friday 3:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Saturday – Sunday 7:30 am – 6:30 pm

Cleaning Fee:

Kid Central Package
Details:
Includes one hour in the Bistro/Back Bar And one hour in Kid Central. Party leaders are included to prep the room and sanitation of Kid central, as well as lead activities in the room. Specific activities should be requested at the time of booking. No food or drinks are allowed in Kid Central.

Gym Party Package
Details:
Includes one hour in the Bistro/Back Bar and one hour in the gym (one of the two basketball courts). Party leaders are included to prep the room before the party arrives as well as lead activities in the room or gym. Specific activities should be requested at the time of booking.

Gym and basketball court rentals are available upon request.

Pool Party Package
Details:
Includes one hour in the Bistro/Back Bar and one hour in one reserved lane during Open Swim hours. Party leaders are included to prep the room as well as lead activities in the room. Specific activities should be requested at the time of booking. A lifeguard will be provided if available.
