About Diane
Diane has nearly two decades of experience training clients. She uses traditional strength training, Pilates, and yoga to help them reach their goals. She loves helping her clients improve their health and feel their best. Her focus is on functional movement and energy to live an active lifestyle. She is involved throughout the club teaching in the Pilates studio and leading group exercise classes like Body Pump, TRX, Barre, and yoga. Her hobbies include spending time with family, hiking, traveling, and reading.
