About Miranda
Miranda, our Group X lead, is a recent PSU Graduate in Exercise Science, as well as a nationally recognized personal trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine, among other accolades. She has a competitive background in long-distance running and began supplementing weight training into her regimen to aid her performance. Her training philosophy is to take everything one step at a time. Miranda’s favorite class to teach is Full Body Blitz- a moderate-intensity interval-style class that incorporates strength and cardio conditioning.
