To ensure the availability of all of Bethany Athletic Club’s facilities for its members, all non-members, regardless of age or type of amenity used (including child care) are required to pay a guest fee. Guests must register at the front desk with a valid ID and complete and sign the guest registration form.
Any guest under the age of 18 is required to have a Parent or Guardian sign a waiver of liability, be accessible, and remain in the building for the duration of the guest’s stay. There is no exception to this rule. Waivers can be found at the front desk, downloaded from the website and can also be emailed upon request. All guests must abide by all of Bethany Athletic Club’s policies and procedures.
Guests have access to the entire facility and all of its amenities. However, to participate in paid amenities such as Kid Central childcare, b Salon & Spa, swimming lessons, personal training, etc., guests must pay the non-member rates.
Members or guests can download, print, complete and bring in a signed form for Youth Assumption of Risk and Liability Release Agreement. Click here to download the form. The form may also be signed, scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for their child(ren).
Please note that members are limited to bringing five (5) guests per membership per day. Any additional individuals beyond the five guests must pay non-member guest rates. If you would like to bring more guests for an event, please contact Kendra our Events Manager by emailing email@example.com.
