We are continually working to grow our kids fitness programs! We currently offer Kids Zumba® and Kids Yoga classes to focus on flexibility and core strength, #TeamFamilyWorkout (ages 6+ with parents) twice a week to promote family group fitness and Sports & Conditioning for Kids for budding athletes! We also have a kids running club* twice a week with an acclaimed running coach.

Kids under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a parent either in or observing the class.
