Our new athletic training room has state-of-the-art fitness equipment designed to be used by members of all ages and fitness levels. Whether your goal is to build strength and muscle, lose body fat, improve athleticism or just work out, this room has everything you need. Those who are inspired by adventure racing or ninja warrior-style training will love the cargo net, salmon ladder, sloped monkey bars, rope climb, peg board and more! The room is also equipped with a full set of competition kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, TRX, a weighted sled and soft plyo boxes for agility, strength training and fat-torching metabolic conditioning.
Come check out the exciting group training classes offered in this room, or receive personalized coaching in the room from one of our awesome personal trainers. We also have programs for local youth and specialized sports groups to create targeted workouts and training opportunities in this multi-functional room.
