The experience begins with two (2) complimentary one-on-one meetings with a personal training specialist who evaluates the individual, discusses the client’s goals, and matches him or her up with one of our trainers who would be the best fit based on our trainers’ different areas of expertise.

Recovering from an injury that put his career in the US military on hold, Austin has seen what true mental toughness looks like. “To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift” from Steve Prefontaine. Michael Fleming began running at the age of nine after the death of his uncle Steve Prefontaine, who instilled in him a passion for the sport. Michael now passes that same passion along to his youth athletes by helping them improve their lives through running and leading them to become the best they can be! Michael is currently the Head Coach at Stoller Middle School for Cross Country and Track & Field and is also the Assistant Track Coach of the Portland Metropolitan Track and Field Club.
